Delivery Policy
At RMC Floral Designs, we take great care to ensure that every floral arrangement arrives fresh, beautiful, and in excellent condition. Our delivery service is available throughout Seattle and surrounding areas, depending on availability and delivery distance.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery address, distance, and type of order. The applicable delivery fee will be shown or communicated at the time of placing your order.
Delivery Times
We offer scheduled and, when available, same-day delivery. Same-day orders must be placed before our daily order cut-off time and are subject to flower availability, delivery capacity, and location. Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed; we may provide a delivery window instead.
Recipient Availability
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite, building, or access instructions when applicable. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery driver may leave the flowers in a safe location or with a concierge, front desk, neighbor, or other authorized person when appropriate.
For residential deliveries, if no safe location is available, RMC Floral Designs may contact the recipient or customer to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery fees may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and a second delivery attempt is required, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Weather and Unexpected Delays
Flowers are delicate and can be affected by extreme weather, traffic, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. RMC Floral Designs will make every reasonable effort to protect the flowers and complete delivery as safely and promptly as possible.
Weddings and Events
Wedding and event deliveries are scheduled in advance and are subject to the delivery, installation, and event-styling terms included in the client's proposal or contract. Event deliveries may include additional transportation, setup, installation, and strike fees depending on the scope of the event.
Flower Availability
Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, specific varieties or colors may occasionally become unavailable. When necessary, RMC Floral Designs reserves the right to substitute flowers with another bloom of comparable quality, value, color, and overall design aesthetic.
Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact RMC Floral Designs as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the situation and provide the best possible customer service.
By placing a delivery order with RMC Floral Designs, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Delivery Policy.
